EXTRACT - Statutory Purposes
The F.I.A.S. International Foundation for Social Assistance aims to intervene in support of the various social groups, through the management of funds found and distributed as specified below:

To achieve its goals:
INSTRUMENTAL, ACCESSORY AND CONNECTED ACTIVITIES
F.I.A.S. among other things:
ORDINARY FUNDS
to be allocated to the weakest social groups or below the poverty risk threshold
SPECIAL FUNDS
to be allocated to research and creativity, through the support of new and innovative projects.
SOCIAL FUNDS
to be allocated, through targeted interventions, to small and medium-sized businesses and / or families who, due to extraordinary events, find themselves in a state of temporary discomfort.
The F.I.A.S. it is proposed to create or support "Multi-purpose Aggregation Centers" by introducing and experimenting, for young people, suitable co-management methods, through which they can follow alternation and training courses for the Foundation's support activities, as well as participate in its cultural initiatives , sports and recreation.
The F.I.A.S. intends to enhance the existing volunteer networks in the area, favoring the aggregation of public subjects, associations and individuals working in the field of youth policies, with particular attention to those of social inclusion.
The F.I.A.S. intends to become an active part in the implementation of information initiatives, with every useful communication tool.
F.I.A.S intends to implement initiatives and studies aimed at encouraging and encouraging the issuance of legislative and administrative provisions in the field of social and business policies.
The F.I.A.S. you can participate in any type of initiative aimed - directly or indirectly - at achieving the corporate purpose.
The F.I.A.S. may enter into agreements and / or agreements with the aforementioned public and private, national and international entities, even occasionally, and generally carry out all acts, securities, real estate and financial transactions that may be necessary or useful for the achievement of the corporate purposes .

Establish any appropriate deed or contract, including for the financing of the approved operations, including, without the exclusion of others, the assumption of short or long-term loans, the purchase, in ownership or under surface rights, of real estate, the stipulation of agreements of any kind with public or private entities, which are considered appropriate and useful for the achievement of its statutory purposes;

Editing books and periodicals of information, excluding the daily press;

Promote and manage useful service activities to support social purposes;

Manage, use and dispose of banking circuits for the management of the treasury service, as well as proceed to the management and distribution of the sums to be donated for institutional purposes, according to the strict criteria established by the regulation approved by the Board of Directors.
