Establish any appropriate deed or contract, including for the financing of the approved operations, including, without the exclusion of others, the assumption of short or long-term loans, the purchase, in ownership or under surface rights, of real estate, the stipulation of agreements of any kind with public or private entities, which are considered appropriate and useful for the achievement of its statutory purposes;

Provide socially useful services through Citizen's Counter;

Manage and manage the assets of which it is the owner, lessor, loaner or otherwise owned by F.I.A.S. or by third parties;

Establishing agreements for the assignment in management of part of the activities;

Participate in associations, organizations and institutions, public and private, whose activity is directed, directly or indirectly, to social, cultural, educational and artistic activities;

The F.I.A.S. may, if it deems it appropriate, also contribute to the constitution of other legal entities whose purpose is directly or indirectly connected to its institutional purposes;

Provide scholarships;

Manage places for entertainment, sports and leisure activities;

Participate in audiovisual and sound production activities;

Editing books and periodicals of information, excluding the daily press;

Promote and manage useful service activities to support social purposes;

Manage, use and dispose of banking circuits for the management of the treasury service, as well as proceed to the management and distribution of the sums to be donated for institutional purposes, according to the strict criteria established by the regulation approved by the Board of Directors.
